Customer support deskWorking now

Every customer answered. In their language. While you sleep.

A desk that reads every message arriving at your RAPTIX address and the screenshot with it, asks for what is missing, and hands you one task with four buttons. Your decision goes back in the customer's language. It keeps what you taught it at closing.

01

The message arrives when you are not there

A customer writes about something that stopped working, and attaches a screenshot. Nobody is at the desk, and the message is already read.

The message arrives when you are not there

02

It reads it, and asks for what is missing

It reads the message and the attachment, in whatever language they arrived in, and transcribes the error text out of the screenshot. If details are missing it asks the customer two to five precise questions in their language and waits for the answer.

It reads it, and asks for what is missing

03

You are asked for the decision, once

Then there is one task: the customer, the probable cause, numbered steps to try, and four buttons. Fixed, Can't fix, In progress, Ask the customer.

You are asked for the decision, once

04

The customer hears your decision, in their language

You press one button and write a line in your own language. The desk turns that line into a clean email in the customer's language, in the same thread, with internal names and instructions removed.

05

It keeps what you taught it

At closing it reads your note, not the customer's text, and keeps only what is reusable: a recurring cause and its fix, a scope rule, a preference. In our own testing, the next similar task opened with that note already in it.

It keeps what you taught it

What it does on its own, and what it waits for

It sends the acknowledgement and the clarifying questions on its own. The decision on the case is yours. Then it writes the customer's reply from your decision and your note, in their language.

How requests reach the desk

  • Your desk has its own RAPTIX address from the first minute. Anything sent to it starts a case.
  • You can also keep the address your customers already write to and forward its messages to your RAPTIX address, with a forwarding rule in your mail provider.
  • RAPTIX does not connect to your mailbox and does not read the mail already in it.

What it does not do

  1. 01It answers and routes; you still decide. It does not resolve the case for you.
  2. 02Email only for now. No phone, chat widget or other apps.
  3. 03The first day depends on the paragraph you wrote. The suggested diagnosis is a suggestion, and translation and wording can be imperfect.
  4. 04A step normally takes seconds and occasionally longer, because it depends on the model provider.
  5. 05Every step and every email's delivery status is recorded. The same message is not re-sent on a retry; a delivery that failed or is unconfirmed is flagged for you.

Free to start. Pro is $19 a month and includes a usage balance that covers about 250 to 500 full cases a month, depending on the case. Bought separately, a case costs between 5 and 10 cents.

Your remaining objections

I already draft replies with an assistant+

Drafting is the small part. The desk receives the email, reads the attachments, asks the customer what is missing, and sends the reply after you press one button.

Will it say something wrong to my customer+

On its own it sends two things: an acknowledgement, and questions about missing details. Everything of substance comes from your decision and your note, with internal names removed.

Do my customers have to email a new address+

You get a RAPTIX address. Customers write to it, or you forward from the address you use today. No mailbox to connect.

Does it work in Arabic+

Arabic, English and French were tested end to end. Language is detected per message: your customer reads theirs, your task is written in yours.

On day 14 the trial ends. You move to Free, nothing is charged.

A request will arrive tomorrow. Decide now what happens to it.
